Course based on the principles of the De Gasquet method – offered in a wellness and yoga setting, with no medical purpose.

You can join the class at any time (even in the first trimester, if your pregnancy is progressing normally) and continue until full term. Wear comfortable clothes that allow movement. No previous yoga experience is necessary.

Bring a yoga mat (group classes) and a towel.
